This role will support our Operations Organization including Global Fulfilment Centers, Global Supply Chain and Global Member Services. You will work closely with senior leaders of all functions across the FableticsOS portfolio of brands. This role will lead complex cross functional operations projects.\r\nThis position will report to the SVP, Operations.\r\nWhat You Will Do:\r\nExcel in a high impact role that works directly with senior leadership on key operations and business initiatives\r\nProvide analytical and deck-building support for our strategic storytelling, including but not limited to company-wide communications, speaker presentations, investor and Board of Directors materials, offsite sessions and team-building initiatives\r\nOperationalize leadership team priorities by driving definition, analysis, project management, and execution of ad-hoc strategic initiatives\r\nIdeate and innovate on existing processes to improve efficiency and promote organizational health and alignment\r\nOwn and run regular meetings and strategic offsites for executive leadership\r\nWork cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and develop creative solutions to ensure project success\r\nWork as a liaison between FableticsOS and the brands to improve communication and solve problems\r\nWhat You Can Bring:\r\n2 to 4 years prior experience as a management consultant, strategy manager, or analyst\r\nTop-tier Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills\r\nHighly organized and accountable with strong attention to detail\r\nStrong verbal and visual communication skillset; ability to convey ideas with audience in mind\r\nStrong analytical skillset: ability to define and derive answers from data\r\nExecution-focused mindset with ability to drive ideas from concept to completion\r\nProven ability to lead end to end project management initiatives, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.\r\nAdaptable to rapidly shifting priorities, with proven ability to maintain grace under pressure and balance multiple simultaneous projects\r\nStrong intellectual curiosity with entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to challenge the status quo\r\nContinuous drive for improvement; appetite and eagerness to pick up new skills and responsibilities\r\nInterest in and knowledge of different AI tools to help with operational efficiency\r\nWilling to roll-up sleeves and do whatever it takes to get to the best answer and win as a team\r\nProfessional and approachable style with high degree of personal integrity and discretion\r\nStrong interpersonal skills; approachable with ability to build trust and influence others\r\nPassion for Ecommerce, Operations, and Fashion\r\nNice to Have, and We'll Teach You:\r\nStrong understanding of Operations\r\nWhere We Are:\r\nThis role will be based in our El Segundo Headquarters\r\nCompensation & Total Rewards:\r\nAt Fabletics, we believe work and life should fit together!
