Experience with *ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa/Motoman, or similar industrial robotic systems* is highly desirable.\n\nThis position will support an automated *thermal spray/coatings operation used on gas turbine components*. Previous thermal spray experience is a plus but is not required for candidates with strong production robotics experience.\n\n*What You'll Do*\n\n* Operate and program industrial production robots and automated equipment.\n* Set up and prepare robotic equipment and components for production.\n* Select, verify, modify, and execute robotic programs and process parameters.\n* Use teach pendants and robotic controls to make program and position adjustments.\n* Monitor automated production processes and equipment performance.\n* Troubleshoot robot faults, alarms, positioning issues, and process interruptions.\n* Perform equipment setup and basic scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.\n* Follow detailed work instructions and technical process specifications.\n* Perform visual inspections and take required process measurements.\n* Complete quality and production documentation.\n* Identify and report process or equipment deviations.\n* Maintain a clean and safe production environment.\n* Follow all applicable quality, safety, and EHS requirements.\n\n*Qualifications*\n\n* *2+ years of experience operating and/or programming industrial production robots.*\n* Hands-on experience with industrial robotic systems such as *ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa/Motoman, or similar equipment*.\n* Experience using robotic teach pendants and/or modifying robotic programs is strongly preferred.\n* Experience working with robotic cells or automated production equipment.\n* Ability to troubleshoot robotic equipment and production processes.\n* Ability to read and follow technical work instructions and process specifications.\n* Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.\n* Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.\n\n*Highly Desirable Experience*\n\n* ABB or FANUC robot programming\n* Robot teach pendant programming\n* Robotic path programming\n* Robotic cell operation\n* Automated process equipment\n* Thermal spray equipment\n* Plasma spray or HVOF\n* Gas turbine or aerospace component manufacturing\n* Precision manufacturing\n* Automated coating processes\n\n*Compensation*\n\n* Up to $50/hour\n* Paid lodging available\n* Relocation assistance available\n* Long-term contract opportunity\n\nPay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour\n\nBenefits:\n* 401(k)\n* 401(k) matching\n* Dental insurance\n* Health insurance\n* Health savings account\n* Life insurance\n* Paid time off\n* Relocation assistance\n* Vision insurance\n\nApplication Question(s):\n* This position requires access to ITAR-controlled technical data and/or equipment.
