This position is the central link between customers, production team, and internal operations, providing smooth handoffs and reliable follow-through across projects.Key responsibilities include managing the daily shoot schedule, handling customer communication across platforms, and clearly relaying notes and requests to the right departments. The OC also resolves small issues and ensures all checklists, to-dos, and projects are completed on time using our project management board.Success in this role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. The role also offers potential growth into operations leadership as Array grows.5 Main Job ResponsibilitiesScheduling - Manage the logistics of our production schedule effectivelyCustomer Communication - Promptly and professionally handle all customer needs with genuine careInternal Communication - Clearly and accurately pass on/translate customer notes and requests between all departmentsComplete all \"Recurring Checklists\", \"To Do's\" and \"Projects\" on the project management board by their due datesLive out Array's Core Values and seek to encourage them in othersStay extremely kind and patient with team members and customersBecome an expert in our services and their benefitsDevelop thorough understanding of the real estate industryStay flexible and adaptable, making the most of your time whether it's busy season or slow seasonManage company phone and email inbox, responding promptly and with genuine careActively participate in daily and weekly meetingsWork efficiently by balancing speed and accuracy, even when multi-taskingEnsure accuracy and completeness by double-checking work, anticipating errors, and proactively catching inconsistenciesQualifications/Experience2+ years of professional work experience in customer service, operations, or a related fieldStrong local knowledge of the Emerald Coast region (Destin to Panama City)Excellent communication skills, especially in handling customer emails and phone callsTech-savvy and quick to learn new software, systems, and toolsSelf-starter who can work independently while also contributing to team successHours of WorkFull Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00AM-5:00PMEvenings and weekends when neededThis is an in-office role in Santa Rosa Beach, FLThere is some flexibility to work remote when needed20 vacation/sick days (PTO)10 holidaysCompensationBase Annual Salary (salary range provided during hiring process)Quarterly Profit Sharing: Bonuses are added onto your April, July, Oct, and Jan. paychecks.
