Job Title: Preschool Teacher Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in educating and caring for preschool-aged children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This is a faith based program where we teach the love of God to our students. Duties: - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals - Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children - Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in interactive learning activities - Monitor and assess students' progress to ensure individualized learning needs are met - Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development - Maintain accurate records of students' progress and behavior - Incorporate creative arts, music, and movement into daily activities - Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes inclusivity and diversity Experience: - Previous experience in educating young students, particularly in preschool or early childhood education settings - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues - Experience in tutoring or special education is a plus - Knowledge of child welfare principles and childhood development theories - Familiarity with math concepts suitable for preschool-aged children Requirements: -Must pass a level two background check - Obtain a Certification in Early Childhood Education or relevant teaching certification - CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) Join our team as a Preschool Teacher and make a difference in the lives of young learners.
