Backoffice Sales Specialist B2B (with knowledge of French) (H/F/D)
Your responsibilities
You are in charge of processing orders from B2B resellers assigned to the team and ensure the right products are delivered at the right price, in the right quantity, and at the right place.
You manage service-specific administrative activities, such as managing end-of-life items, processing cancellation requests, handling order blocks, etc., and respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery times and product availability.
In your new professional environment, you are also the hub between sales and other internal services, manufacturers, and customers.
You actively support us in optimizing processes (e.g., by integrating artificial intelligence) to increase profitability and efficiency.
Your expertise
You have a commercial education or a retail trade diploma with further training in the commercial field.
Professional experience in a similar function.
You are used to working independently and process-oriented, and you have a strong customer focus.
Proactive, determined, and convincing personality with a friendly and competent attitude and good communication skills.
You have very good knowledge of German and French and basic knowledge of English.
