Recognized on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Business Analyst to join a Digital Product team supporting a major U.S. retail client. You will be embedded within the client's organization, partnering with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements across customer-facing digital platforms — with a specific focus on CMS-driven product areas including content publishing, page management, and digital merchandising workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Digital Product Managers to gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements including BRDs and FRDs for CMS features, enhancements, and content workflowsWrite detailed user stories with fully developed acceptance criteria in Jira that guide development teams with precisionSupport CMS platform delivery across content publishing, page templates, promotional and merchandising workflows, and digital experience featuresFacilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions with content, marketing, merchandising, and operations teamsParticipate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and epic and feature refinement within an Agile Scrum frameworkSupport UAT by building test cases, validating requirements against delivered features, and facilitating business sign-offCollaborate cross-functionally with UX, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout deliveryMaintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, and feature specifications in ConfluenceRequired Qualifications2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a digital product or eCommerce environmentHands-on CMS experience — Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or comparable platformDemonstrated experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira within an Agile delivery environmentProven requirements gathering experience including formal BRD and FRD documentationDirect UAT experience including test case creation, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-offStrong cross-functional collaboration skills across UX, engineering, QA, and business teamsMust be based in the United States and available in Eastern or Central time zonesPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting retail or eCommerce digital product teamsFamiliarity with content operations workflows — publishing schedules, page templates, promotional calendars, and digital merchandisingProficiency with Confluence and FigmaExposure to product areas such as homepage, PDP, search and browse, or checkout
