You’ll work directly with mission-critical stakeholders to scope, build, and ship AI-powered tools that solve real-world problems in secure and regulated environments.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build AI-driven tools for federal or enterprise use casesTune prompts and fine-tune models for real-time deploymentBuild internal tooling to automate and harden workflows in secure environmentsAnalyze system logs and outputs to improve reliability and auditabilityCollaborate cross-functionally to refine SDKs, improve usability, and drive technical clarity with external partners Qualifications2+ years of software engineering experience; strong Python, Rust, and/or TypeScript skillsFamiliar with prompt engineering, model tuning, or LLM evaluation workflowsExperienced working with sensitive data or in secure/regulated environmentsStrong communicator and systems thinker who can navigate ambiguityAbility to work on-site with government users, including classified or secure environmentsU.S. government clearance Required SkillsExperience working with government or DoD clientsStrong background in AI/ML infrastructure, model deployment, or evaluation frameworksFamiliarity with government/defense platforms (Palantir, TAK, AWS GovCloud, etc.)
