In this role, you will develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse Big-Data cloud systems based upon documented requirements.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nPerform requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution\nModify software and algorithms designed for traditional environments to operate in cloud environments\nProvide support to platforms and services based on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or other commercial cloud hosting environments\nProvide support to platforms and services running in Kubernetes Orchestration Platform\nSupport the transition of operational systems and applications from traditional platforms to containerized/serverless environments\nMaintain and integrate software into Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.\nSupport operational systems utilizing Kubernetes Orchestration Platform\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required\nOr 4 additional years may be substituted in lieu of a degree.\n7 years of software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes\nPerform requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution\nModify software and algorithms designed for traditional environments to operate in cloud environments.\nMust have Kubernetes experience.\nCertification requirements:\nOne or more of the following:\nAWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate\nAWS Certified SysOps Administrator\nAWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional\nAWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional\nCertified Kubernetes Application Developer\nCertified Kubernetes Administrator\nClearance Requirements:\nMust have current/active TS/SCI w Polygraph\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.\nConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.\nThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.\n7.1.LB.INCA.SW23\nFor all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
