Requires the ability to follow and adhere to company processes to ensure safety, quality, and consistency.Assembler Skills/Abilities\r\nProficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.\r\nStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.\r\nAbility to operate a forklift with previous experience.\r\nAbility to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.\r\nGood understanding of material properties and machining techniques.\r\nStrong commitment to safety and quality control.\r\nAbility to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.\r\nKnowledge of basic computer software for documentation.\r\nAbility to use hand and power tools.\r\nAbility to use overhead hoist.\r\nAssembler Key Responsibilities\r\nProduces components by assembling parts and subassemblies.\r\nReads and deciphers schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.\r\nPositions or aligns components and parts, either manually or with hoists.\r\nUses hand tools or machines to assemble parts.\r\nConducts quality control checks.\r\nCleans and maintains work area and equipment, including tools.\r\nPrepares work to be accomplished by studying parts lists and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.\r\nPositions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.\r\nAssembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.\r\nVerifies specifications by measuring completed component.\r\nKeeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturers instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs.\r\nMaintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.\r\nConserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.\r\nDocuments actions by completing production and quality forms.\r\nAssembler Education and Experience\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.EOE/Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabled.
