goals.\n\nRequirements\nAccountable Functions and Responsibilities\nCustomer Focused\n\nUnderstand customer requirements with regard to process and specification and assure both are integrated into operations.\n\nProvide exceptional process information and details to satisfy customer information requirements and requests.\n\nCPS Focused\n\nCollaborate with EHS, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Planning, Technical Sales Engineering, and Project Engineering to deliver the manufacturing plan within Job Metrics.\n\nWork with the Building 2 Plant Manager and operations team to deliver the revenue expected and committed to on a monthly basis.\n\nKey Functional Roles\n\nEnsure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.\n\nPrepare new Job Jackets (batch records) for commercial products and maintain templates for existing commercial products.\n\nDevelop and implement new or modified production processes, equipment, and workflows.\n\nIdentify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, cost reduction, and quality through analysis of existing manufacturing processes.\n\nCollaborate with maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot process-related issues.\n\nLead or participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for process deviations, customer complaints, or product quality concerns.\n\nMonitor key process parameters, track performance metrics, and generate regular reports for plant leadership.\n\nSupport the commissioning of new equipment and processes.\n\nSupport Plant Manager in maintaining accuracy of production elements of management information systems including financial reporting and ERP systems.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.\n\nWork with suppliers and vendors as needed to support equipment or process changes.\n\nPeople Focused\n\nProvide technical training and support to production personnel and help develop new training tools for use in the business unit.\n\nProvide a culture of engagement for all employees within the business unit.\n\nOther Key Roles\n\nAct as deputy to the Building 2 Plant Manager during vacation periods or other absences.\n\nShare knowledge and expertise with Process Engineers in other business unit and Technical Sales Engineers to improve teamwork and experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.\n\nChampion and embodiment of CPS Core Values.\n\nStrong knowledge of process design, optimization, and control.\n\nProficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, SPC).\n\nFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks.\n\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.\n\nKnowledge of safety and regulatory requirements relevant to the manufacturing industry.\n\nWillingness to accept the demands of a twenty-four hour, seven day manufacturing operation.\n\nAbility to multitask and establish priorities in an environment of competing
