Job Title: Warehouse Material HandlerLocation: Fresno, CAPay Range: $18-$19 per hour based on shiftShift: Weeknight: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AMJob SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our fast-paced warehouse operations. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, staging, and organizing beauty products while ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically active, and able to maintain outstanding attendance.Pick, pack, and stage beauty products accurately for shipmentSort and pack product in a rapid pace.Use RF scanners and headset systems to track and fulfill orders (training provided)Support shipping, receiving, and overall inventory organizationFulfill store replenishment and online customer orders efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow company processes and productivity standards in a fast-paced settingAbility to lift and move totes weighing 45–60 lbs regularlyComfortable with continuous walking, bending, reaching, and standing throughout the shiftCapable of working in an active warehouse environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust have outstanding attendance and reliabilityPrior warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is a plus, but not requiredWillingness to learn new systems and processesFast-paced warehouse settingPhysically active role requiring consistent movementTeam-oriented environment focused on efficiency and quality About ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of: Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson Wells.
