Job Description Group Benefits Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Group Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, assisting with plan proposals, and ensuring seamless implementation of group benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in group benefits, excellent client-facing skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Compensation PackageSalary Range: $60,000 - $90,000+ (depending on experience)Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.Assist with the development of plans and proposals for group benefits programs.Manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), open enrollment processes, and implementation of benefits plans.Conduct meetings with employees to explain benefits options and address inquiries.Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who handle service-related tasks.Work primarily with fully and level-funded accounts, with limited involvement in self-funded accounts.Handle accounts ranging in size from 25-50 employees up to 500 employees. Qualifications/RequirementsExperience: 2-5 years of relevant experience required; 5+ years preferred.Licenses/Designations: Relevant licenses and certifications are preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and Employee Navigator software is highly desirable.Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.Soft Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.Ability to work collaboratively within a team.Proactive problem-solving skills.
