The Program Manager plays a critical role in ensuring timely, high-quality, trauma-informed crisis response services that promote safety, stabilization, and connection to ongoing care.\r\nEssential Responsibilities\r\nProvide leadership, supervision, and performance management for Crisis and MRSS staff.\r\nEnsure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered, and trauma-informed crisis services.\r\nOversee program scheduling and staffing to ensure effective crisis response coverage.\r\nMonitor program performance indicators, outcomes, productivity, and service quality.\r\nReview clinical documentation for quality, compliance, and timeliness.\r\nSupport staff through coaching, consultation, and professional development.\r\nParticipate in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts.\r\nCollaborate with schools, hospitals, law enforcement, child welfare agencies, juvenile courts, and community partners.\r\nAssist with program planning, implementation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.\r\nEnsure compliance with Medicaid, state regulations, accreditation standards, and agency policies.\r\nParticipate in on-call leadership responsibilities as assigned.\r\nSupport crisis response efforts during community emergencies and critical incidents.\r\nPrepare reports and maintain program data as required by agency leadership and funding sources.\r\nQualifications\r\nRequired\r\nMaster's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.\r\nIndependent Ohio licensure (LISW-S, LPCC-S, IMFT, or equivalent).\r\nMinimum of three years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families.\r\nMinimum of two years of supervisory or leadership experience.\r\nStrong knowledge of crisis intervention, risk assessment, suicide prevention, and behavioral health systems.\r\nValid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the service area.\r\nPreferred\r\nExperience in Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS), crisis services, or intensive community-based treatment programs.\r\nExperience with Medicaid-funded behavioral health services.\r\nTraining in trauma-informed care, de-escalation, and crisis stabilization models.\r\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\r\nStrong leadership and team-building skills.\r\nExcellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\r\nEffective communication and collaboration skills.\r\nStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities.\r\nCommitment to serving children and families with compassion, dignity, and respect.\r\nWhat We Offer\r\nAt the Children's Resource Center, we value our employees and invest in their success and well-being.
