Experience and quick results can get up to $20 base pay quicker than the 100 hours of training. It is common for even newer hires to earn $20 - $23 per hour with base pay, and bonuses. Additional earnings through tips, bonuses, supplies managementTravel reimbursement401(k) + employer matching for vested / eligible employees$1,000 Sign-on bonus given @ 400 hours workedPaid Time Off - Starts accruing from day 1Although not guaranteed, an additional $2 to $5 per hour received from client tips on average is common for our residential cleaning staff.
