This role is responsible for the financial integrity of the business through accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, sound financial planning, and operational financial leadership.\n\nWorking closely with the Site General Manager and corporate finance, the Site Controller provides the financial insight necessary to improve profitability, cash flow, working capital, and overall business performance. The successful candidate will be a proactive business partner who helps transform financial and operational data into informed decisions, measurable actions, and sustainable business results.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nFinancial Reporting:\nOversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.\nEnsure timely and accurate reporting of financial results in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).\nPrepare financial analysis and reports for senior management to support decision-making.\n\nAccounting Operations:\nSupervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cost accounting and general ledger.\nEnsure proper maintenance of financial records, including journals, ledgers, and reconciliations.
