This is your chance to be part of what's next.\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nThis role is responsible for maintaining, developing, and continuously improving the standardized reporting and\n\nanalytical tools that support Subway's Development organization. The role owns the accuracy, timeliness, and ongoing\n\nenhancement of the core Development reporting suite, and serves as a key analytics partner for the Development team\n\nand cross-functional stakeholders across the business, translating data into insights that support restaurant growth,\n\nclosure mitigation, and portfolio optimization decisions.\n\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nDevelopment Reporting & Dashboard Maintenance — Update and maintain core Development reports, including the Development Dashboard, NRG Forecast, Closure Risk, Renewals, and Transfer Analysis, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders.\nAd Hoc Reporting & Data Requests — Field and fulfill requests from various departments, including ad hoc queries, data pulls, and custom reporting/data requests.\nTool & Dashboard Development — Update, develop, and continuously improve existing tools and dashboards that support the Development team's strategic actions and decision-making; conduct ad hoc projects and analyses as requested.\nAnalysis & Stakeholder Communication — Analyze and communicate/present actionable results; interact with key partners such as the Development team, business teams, and IT partners.\nStrategic Analytics Consulting — Act as strategic consultant for the company to help interpret data and support informed Development decisions.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related field\n5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence using SQL, Excel, Tableau and Smartsheet;\nStrong analytic skills and experience.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong Business Intelligence experience in report and dashboard development using Tableau, Excel and\nSmartsheet.\nStrong SQL development/scripting experience (Amazon Redshift preferred).\nAbility to work independently.\nExperience meeting with business team members to gather requests and turn vague requirements into action\n(reports, process improvements, data warehouse enhancements, etc.).\nExperience building workflows in Alteryx.\nAbility to partner with IT resources and translate business requirements into technical requirements\n\nWhat do we Offer?\n\nInsurance Plans (Medical/Dental/Vision/Life)\n401k\nCompetitive Bonus\nMobility Allowance\nTuition Reimbursement\nCompany Holidays\nEmployee Resource Groups\nVolunteering time\nMany More…\n\nActual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, qualifications, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.\n\nThe Company is only considering applicants who are currently authorized to work in the country the position is based.
