proficiency a plus\r\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)\r\nStrong work ethic and attention to detail\r\nEffective verbal and written communication skills\r\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment\r\nCustomer service mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders\r\nExperience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce\r\nBilingual proficiency (Spanish) is a strong plus\r\nPhysical demands/requirements:\r\nConstant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, photocopier, and computer printer\r\nPosition is sedentary;
