Services provided include, but are not limited to assessments, documentation, team collaboration, and client liaison between paraprofessionals and families. This position has an empowering team of leaders whose goal is to support you in your growth as an individual and professional.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide individualized assessment and treatment services to individuals and their families at a frequency determined by you and your client\nComplete weekly electronic documentation for all necessary chart work including assessments, daily notes, progress notes, communication notes, and any other supporting documentation\nProvide appropriate therapeutic interventions using a variety of techniques and modalities.\nLiaise with paraprofessionals, family members, and the community as indicated\n\nAbout Mini Miracles:\nWe were born out of a God-given desire to serve children with special needs and their families through a holistic, interdisciplinary approach to care. Mini Miracles has a goal of allowing our therapists to maintain autonomy and flexibility while in a supportive, collaborative environment with a mutual goal of serving clients through an ever-changing and ever-growing variety of ground-breaking treatment strategies.We offer a mentorship program allowing you to collaborate with paraprofessionals for combined support and autonomy to provide fluid care to your clients.
