This role focuses on designing and building new solutions within the PLM and MDM domains to support product development, engineering, and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver innovative, scalable, and integrated solutions — without involvement in routine patching, upgrades, or system maintenance.\n\nPrimary responsibilities include:\n\nSolution Design & Development\n\nLead the design and build of new functionalities in SAP MDG, and PLM systems to meet evolving business needs.\n\nDevelop and implement integration solutions between PLM tools (e.g., SAP PLM, LeverX IPS) and SAP ERP systems.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define specifications, and translate them into technical solutions.\n\nData Governance & Process Enablement\n\nEstablish and implement master data governance frameworks, workflows, and approval processes.\n\nDefine and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and validation rules to ensure data quality.\n\nEnable efficient product lifecycle processes through system enhancements and automation.\n\nInnovation & Continuous Improvement\n\nIdentify opportunities to optimize engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain processes through PLM and MDM solutions.\n\nEvaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance PLM and MDG capabilities.\n\nProvide thought leadership on best practices for data management and product lifecycle integration.\n\nCollaboration & Knowledge Sharing\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT to deliver end-to-end solutions.\n\nPrepare functional and technical documentation for new solutions.\n\nConduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for business users and technical support teams.\n\nThe ideal candidate should possess the following:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).\n\n5+ years of experience in SAP MDM and MDG solution design and implementation.\n\n3+ years of experience with PLM tools (SAP PLM, Leverx IPS or similar).\n\nStrong understanding of SAP Materials, Vendors and customers data structures, BOM management, and engineering change management.\n\nProven track record in building and deploying new solutions rather than system maintenance.\n\nProficiency in SAP MDG configuration and customization.\n\nKnowledge of PLM system architecture and integration methods (IDoc, BAPI, API, middleware).\n\nExperience with data modeling, workflow design, and integration development.\n\nExperience with BRFplus to maintain business validations\n\nUnderstanding of manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain processes.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nInnovative mindset with a focus on delivering business value.\n\nWhat We Offer You\n\nWe believe that by continuously improving the quality of our benefits, we can help to raise the quality of life for our team members and their families.
