Lilac is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. Job Description: Lilac is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support Lilac’s R&D operations. This is a full-time position based in Oakland, CA. This person will be a part of the Lilac technology development team, and reports to the Chemistry Team Manager. The successful candidate will support ongoing research and development efforts. Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze samples using various wet chemistry techniques, including titrations and pH measurements Maintain, clean, and calibrate laboratory equipment such as pH meters and analytical balances Operate and maintain the ICP-OES instrument, while adhering to quality control standards Operate and monitor pilot-scale filtration equipment Prepare stock solutions, ensuring accurate concentrations for use in various experiments Manage laboratory supplies and chemicals, ensuring adequate inventory levels Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) This is a full-time position based in Oakland, CA.
