Packages and warehouses product in accordance with customer specifications and/or written instructions. Material handlers report directly to the Production Supervisor and report indirectly to the Warehouse/ Logistics Supervisor.\n\n MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nSupplies forming lines with raw material and packaging supplies\nRemoves product from forming lines and printers\nLoads pallet onto empty tipper\nCompletes inventory tags correctly and legibly\nWarehouses product in accordance with requirements\nConducts all duties in accordance with plant safety requirements\nMaintains effective communication between shifts\nResponsible for food safety\nWorks 12-hour shifts standing on concrete\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis\nGo up steps periodically throughout the day\nAble to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment\nPerforms other duties required by the QMS, as assigned\n\nLIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMER\n\nThe above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.\n\nAll job requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
