Business Analyst.\r\nJob Functions & Responsibilities Requirements Elicitation, Analysis, and Management Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to gather business, functional, and non-functional requirements.\r\nDocument requirements as BRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.\r\nMaintain a requirements traceability matrix across all delivery phases.\r\nValidate requirements with stakeholders and vendors for clarity and alignment.\r\nSupport ongoing refinement, prioritization and requirements change control.\r\nBusiness Process Analysis and Design Identify process gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities.\r\nDesign future state (TO BE) processes aligned with policies and operational goals.\r\nCreate process maps, swim lanes, and related models for stakeholder communication.\r\nCollaborate with teams and vendors to ensure feasible, compliant designs.\r\nAI specific Requirements Leverage AI for requirements definition, and provide expertise in guiding teams on using AI for business analysis.\r\nRisk & Compliance Assessment – identify potential risks such as bias, regulatory implications, privacy issues, and ethical concerns.\r\nSuccess Metrics Definition – define AI performance KPIs such as accuracy, precision, business ROI, cost savings, or customer satisfaction improvements.\r\nModel Explainability Requirements – determine the level of transparency needed for users, auditors, or regulators.\r\nHuman in the Loop Design – map when humans should review, override, or monitor AI outputs.\r\nChange Management Planning – assess training needs, user adoption challenges, and operational transition planning.\r\nUAT Planning for AI – design acceptance criteria specific to AI outputs, edge cases, and model behavior scenarios.\r\nPost Deployment Monitoring Framework – identify how to track model drift, data quality, and continuous performance over time.\r\nBusiness Change Impact Assessment and Stakeholder Engagement Identify impacted stakeholders and assess needs and change impacts.\r\nSupport business readiness and cutover planning.\r\nBacklog Management and Azure DevOps Maintain and refine requirements and user stories in Azure DevOps.\r\nEnsure items have clear acceptance criteria and prioritization.\r\nSupport sprint planning, refinement, and reviews.\r\nTrack BA artifacts and align with testing and defect management.\r\nCoordinate with teams to keep documentation current.\r\nDocumentation, Training, and Knowledge Transfer Develop and maintain BRDs, functional specs, process maps, and procedure documents.\r\nProvide input for training materials and job aids.\r\nConduct or support stakeholder walkthroughs of new processes and capabilities.\r\nSkills Demonstrated experience as a business analyst in software implementations or deployments.\r\nProficient in programming languages such as Java, C++/C, and Oracle database.\r\nExpertise in Excel, including macros; a deep understanding of technical concepts, principles, and terminology.\r\nKnowledge and expertise in AI usage in Business analysis.\r\nExtensive experience in data profiling, analysis, and querying.\r\nExperience working on data integration projects.\r\nExtensive experience in developing detailed functional and technical requirements.\r\nKnowledge of data science concepts, data products and extensive experience in gathering data requirements.\r\nExperience working within the Agile framework and employing DevOps (Azure DevOps preferred).\r\nExcellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.\r\nFamiliar with automated testing tools.\r\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment with both employees and consultants.\r\nStrong communication skills across various levels of technical and business teams.\r\nProven management and organizational skills, strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.\r\nEducation & Certifications BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.\r\n10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Business Analysis for IT projects, including cloud computing and data integration.\r\nProgramming experience.\r\nAny of the following BA certifications is a plus: IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA)\r\nIIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)\r\nIIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)\r\nIIBA Agile Analysis Certification (AAC)\r\nIQBBA Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst (CFLBA)\r\nIREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE)\r\nPMI-Professional in Business Analysis (PBA) Certification\r\nCertifications in Agile, DevOps, or programming languages, Data Management
