You’ll apply new approaches, principles, methods, techniques and tools compatible with the research environment within EPA. You’ll be a creative problem-solver, understand IT solutions from a users’ perspective and contribute to strategies for a modern integrated IT environment.\n\nMEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT\n\nThe API Developer requires in-depth knowledge of modular API design and persistence architecture using Spring Boot. The role involves collaborative interactions with EPA staff and contractors, ensuring architecture aligns with legacy systems and supports efficient data flow. The successful candidate will document design and implementation techniques using tools like Atlassian’s Confluence. The developer will optimize services for performance, scalability, and security while adhering to best practices.
