We’re looking for a skilled Application Developer (.NET Core) to join our Development Department.\n\nThe Development Department is responsible for day-to-day project production and is composed of four teams: application development, front-end development, digital support, and systems operations (sysops). We collaborate closely across disciplines to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable digital solutions for our clients.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys building robust back-end systems, APIs, and CMS-driven applications using modern Microsoft technologies.\nSpecific Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain applications and APIs using .NET Core / .NET\nBuild and extend CMS-driven and custom web applications\nDesign, manage, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases\nImplement object-oriented, testable, and maintainable code\nAssess technical requirements and contribute to project scope, timelines, and estimates\nCollaborate with front-end developers, designers, and sysops to deliver complete solutions\nProvide ongoing project status updates to internal teams and management\nStay current with evolving Microsoft, web, and cloud technologies\nParticipate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning\nPresent back-end architecture and implementation details to internal teams and clients as needed\nPrimary Qualifications\nStrong experience with .NET Core / .NET and C#\nExperience building APIs and server-side web applications\nProficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design and stored procedures\nSolid understanding of object-oriented programming and application architecture\nExpected Experience\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)\n1–3 years of professional experience developing applications using Microsoft web technologies\nExperience working with CMS platforms such as:\nKentico\nSitefinity\nSitecore\nExperience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Git-based source control\nThis position provides a market-competitive base salary between $65,000 and $75,000, with the final amount determined by the candidates' experience and qualifications.\nPerks & Benefits\nWe provide many perks & benefits that support our team members with their health, continued education, and home life.
