Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather required information and resourcesCreate compelling and persuasive content for bids, tailored to different audiences and requirementsLiaise and partner with the Marketing team ensuring sales and marketing strategies are alignedLiaise and partner with the Finance team on all projected and incoming businessProactively engage with department managers to review delivered projects; identifying, initiating, and driving areas of success and improvementLiaison with legal partners for the production of legal documentation to clients, ensuring that the Company’s business interests are protectedProactively identify new opportunities, staying updated on the latest trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologiesPerson SpecificationDesire and hunger to succeedA passion for machinesIntegrity and honestyResilience and perseveranceAn outstanding communicator, you will either have a proven track record in sales or you are an A grade engineer looking to broaden your horizonsAptitude and experience in a sales led, high technology industrial automation businessWell connected to key stakeholders in our target markets of aerospace and high value manufacturingExcellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build rapport and nurture relationshipsExperienced with supporting bid processes from start to finish, delivering project agreements that are beneficial to both partiesStrong business acumen and strategic thinking abilityDemonstrable leadership skills and the ability to motivate a teamAbility to take on, retain and deliver technical information regarding industrial automation technology and/or robotics.Experience in sales management and deliveryExperience working with industrial automation/composites programmes from a sales perspectiveDemonstrable success in delivering an effective and profitable sales strategyCapable of winning business through effective sales and pitching techniquesA degree in an engineering related subject would be highly advantageousAn understanding of patents and intellectual property law would be highly advantageousLocated in the Pacific NorthwestA charismatic people person with the ability to foster and nurture strong, professional relationships with external and internal colleagues at all levels.Collaborative in approach, utilising the expertise of departments across the board to find rewarding and profitable solutions.A genuine, infectious passion for technology and for finding automated solutions to client problems.Ability to negotiate proactive problem-solving discussions, with a drive to identify and deliver solutions.If you would like to apply for this role, please submit your CV and a covering letter to [emailprotected]Loop Technology is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
