Our mission is simple – help our clients think big and convert their strategic vision into reality.\nWe are currently looking for a Project Engineer to join IMPEX Technologies and play a key role in delivering innovative technology solutions for our customers. The Project Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure, cloud, software, and data modernization projects while ensuring successful project execution and customer outcomes.\nResponsibilities Lead, design, present, and implement information technology (IT) projects for the company’s software, data modernization, and cloud solutions.\nCollaborate with sales teams to provide technical design assistance, validation, and product research to establish configuration standards and pre-sales documentation.\nMeet with stakeholders and vendors to define requirements, leverage contracts, and schedule development phases using RACI matrices.\nProvide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration across multiple sub-systems from the definition phase through implementation following both System Development Lifecycle and Agile methodologies.\nOversee project progress to ensure that deliverables, such as server/storage design and disaster recovery planning, are executed within budget and the timeline.\nPrioritize tasks in dynamic environments daily while documenting advanced network procedures and monitoring systems to ensure best practices.\nEnsure all solutions solve business and logistics problems in a scalable way that supports rapid growth and long-term goals/strategies.\nMeet with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure that IT projects continuously optimize our supply chain.\nEngage in cross-education and the mentoring of other team engineers.\nQualifications Accountability: Accountability looks at the extent to which an individual is willing to accept responsibility\nActive Listening: Active listening looks at the extent to which an individual actively attends to, conveys, and understands the comments and questions of others\nAdaptability: Adaptability looks at the extent to which an individual can fit into a changing working environment.\nBusiness Acumen: Business acumen looks at the ability of the individual to understand and discriminate between various business related topics and issues.
