Location: Bedford Park, IL
Shift: Full-Time (40 hour work week with some OT as needed)

Responsibilities:
Set up and run CNC lathes, along with other machinery as required
Conduct thorough first article inspections
Choose appropriate tooling and workholding devices
Address and resolve machine or program-related issues
Interpret technical blueprints accurately
Fine-tune speeds and feeds for optimal performance
Maintain accurate daily records and documentation
Ensure a consistently clean and well-organized workspace
Adhere to and maintain tight tolerances
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in setting up and operating CNC lathe machines (experience with other equipment is a plus)
Proficiency in using Fanuc controls and G-code programming
Familiarity with precision measuring tools, such as calipers and indicators
Competence in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
Prior experience with machine-side programming is highly desirable
A proactive attitude, a desire to learn, and the ability to contribute effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
