We are a local roofing and general contracting company with more than 300 employees and five locations.\n\nOur Technology Department develops and supports proprietary software used throughout the company. We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our small, collaborative technology and help desk team and take real ownership of the applications and tools you build.\n\nThis is an opportunity to work on software that is actually used by our employees every day—not just theoretical projects or client work.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild, test, and deploy full-stack features for internal business applications.\nDevelop clean, user-friendly interfaces using Vue and Nuxt.\nBuild and maintain backend services, APIs, and business logic using Node.js and NestJS.\nWork with Prisma, PostgreSQL, and Redis to manage data and improve application performance.\nParticipate in Git-based development, including pull requests, code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation.\nWork closely with team members and internal stakeholders to understand problems and build practical solutions.\nMaintain and improve existing applications while developing new functionality.\nAI-Assisted Development\n\nAI-assisted development is a standard part of our technology workflow. We use approved AI tools to assist with research, coding, documentation, testing, and problem-solving.\n\nYou will be expected to review and validate AI-generated work, protect company and customer information, and take ownership of the quality and security of everything you ship.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nWe are looking for a hands-on developer who enjoys solving problems and building useful software. Professional experience is important, but we care more about what you can actually build and maintain than simply checking every box.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n1+ year of experience building and maintaining production web applications, or equivalent experience demonstrating meaningful software development.\nStrong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.\nExperience with Vue, Nuxt, React, Angular, or another modern frontend framework, with the ability to become productive in a Vue/Nuxt environment.\nExperience with Node.js and backend development.
