Business Development Manager - Sales Manager – For Security Guard Services Pay rate consists of $22.00/hour, PLUS a great commission package. Alert Guard Services is looking for an experienced Security Manager/Operations Manager who is willing to try cold calling using their knowledge of security, prospecting hunting skills in developing new businesses. Some of their job responsibilities will be following up on marketing leads, expanding current client business while at the same time searching opportunities where security service is needed. During the cold calling process, you will uncover new business opportunities while offering our security guard and or patrol services. Candidate will provide detailed daily call reports, client contact name, company, potential size, and other details related to each opportunity. We are expecting the candidate to be comfortable on the phone, have a clear speaking voice while at the same time explain our services in detail with the ability to set multiple appointments each day, leading to successful proposals. Must be proficient using the latest software technology (Microsoft Office Products). and LinkedIn. The position: Position is full-time working from our office in our Phoenix Office Desired Skills and Experience: Security Supervisory Management/ Security Operations Management experience in Security Guard Services - Willing to learn Cold Calling, Telemarketing Experience, Results Driven, Persistence, Time Management, Excellent Telephone Sales, Customer Service, Selling to Customer, Prospecting Skills, Motivation for Sales, Independent Worker, Self-Motivated, Goal Oriented, Works Well Under Pressure, Meets Deadlines, Handles Rejection with Professionalism. Quality over quantity 6 conversations a day or 75 left message / no interest prospect calls in an 8-hour day. Sent proposals will be heavily factored in call evaluation and rewarded by commission on closed sales. Position is full-time working from our office in our Phoenix Office. We are paying $22.00 per hour plus very positive commission package.
