In this role, you’ll be working alongside experienced technicians to service and maintain commercial washing machines in restaurants. This is a great opportunity for someone who isn’t afraid to put in the effort and is looking to build a long-term career with growth potential. The ideal candidate will be dependable, eager to learn, and motivated to grow into a technician role with significant earning potential.As a Technician/Trainee, you’ll be responsible for:Assisting technicians with the service, maintenance, and repair of commercial washing machinesLoading, unloading, and moving equipment and toolsHands-on technical skills from experienced team membersMaintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environmentSupporting delivery, installation, and general field operationsDemonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn the tradeWhat you’ll need:2–4+ years of technician experienceProficient with hand tools, power tools, and troubleshooting equipmentMust be comfortable driving since will be on-route visiting clientsValid driver’s license with a clean MVR (no pending tickets)Ability to pass a clean background checkBilingual candidates encouragedCDL Class A/B/C is a strong plus (waives testing requirement for CDL C)Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasksComfortable working in restaurant environmentsBilingual (Spanish) is a plus!Strong attention to detail and commitment to safetyDesire to grow into a technician rolePerks:Starting pay of $20/hourCareer Growth Opportunities: Within 3-6months, if eligible for a base salary of $55,000 + commissions. Able to get promoted to technician as soon as 2-6months.Most first-year employees earn $60,000–$80,000CDL License C will be provided/paid for. Study materials will be providedWill be on-route (in San Antonio) servicing clientsGreat company & culture to work for!Full-time; Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
