Assists in proposal process and coordinates with sales when required. Performs analysis for contract reviews with various software. Develops Quality Assurance Programs for all products and services. Develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nProvide clear objectives and direction in line with project/program scope\nMaintain accurate reporting of program and project performance, including external customer scorecards and survey results to drive improvements within team\nDrives accountability for performance to key objectives\nCoordinate resource sharing with scheduling\nConduct lessons learned review with team\nImprove profitability\nNegotiate with customers for expedites and change order costs\nReview make/buy decisions within program/projects to support cost and/or schedule\nIdentify and manage cost reduction initiatives including material, labor and tooling savings\nLead technical inquiries to understand and improve quality issues\nResolve customer related delays\nSolve customer problems and meet their needs\nNegotiate with customers regarding purchase order placement, quote determination, lead times, tooling, digital data, pricing, contracts, shipment dates, and delivery reports, etc.\nCommunicate with customers to verify orders, define and make targets accordingly\nServe as primary customer point of contact for on and off-site visits\nIncrease total order volume\nPrepare and present program review and marketing information to customers\nBuild customer relations through regular customer contact\nConduct analysis of customer potential and present recommendations to management\nIdentify and resolve potential risks\nEnsure programs are adequately resourced: materials, tooling, personnel, customer-provided items, outsourced items\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nExperience and Education:\no 4+ years of experience\n\nTechnical Skills:\no Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner or develop alternative solutions\no Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office programs and Windows operating system\no Ability to thrive in a changing, fast-paced growing and dynamic business\no Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously\no Strong written and verbal communication skills\no Excellent organization skills and attention to detail\nPhysical Requirements:\no Extended screen time\no Long periods of sitting\no Potentially long hours\n\nTravel Required: Occasional\nEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities\nThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
