The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in business intelligence, SQL development, and Tableau dashboarding, along with a proven track record of delivering high-impact reporting infrastructure and executive-ready analytics.\nLocation: Hybrid – Sunnyvale, CA (3 days onsite)\nPay Rate: $95.85-108.21(hourly), depending on experience\nWe provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and more.\nPlease note that we are only considering direct W2 candidates at this time, as we are unable to offer sponsorship.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop rich, dynamic dashboards using SQL and Tableau, leveraging out-of-the-box functionality and custom visualizations to support manufacturing and field analytics.\nTroubleshoot and maintain data pipelines, queries, and complex dashboards to ensure high system uptime, data accuracy, and seamless access to critical business insights.\nAnalyze large datasets to uncover trends, quality gaps, and performance drivers across device modules and systems.\nEnhance and expand the business intelligence ecosystem by implementing new analytics features and improving reporting capabilities.\nAct as an internal consultant by gathering requirements, scoping data requests, synthesizing insights, and recommending scalable solutions to cross-functional stakeholders.\nDeliver clear, executive-ready summary documentation and presentations that translate quantitative findings into actionable business recommendations.\nCollaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to influence roadmap priorities and support end-to-end product lifecycle quality initiatives.\nInternal Responsibilities\nAttend regular internal practice community meetings.\nCollaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.\nComplete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).\nBuild out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.\nAttend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).\nWork with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\n10+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence (flexible for highly motivated candidates with strong experience).\nAdvanced SQL expertise, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, and performance optimization.\nStrong Tableau experience building and troubleshooting medium-to-complex dashboards.\nExperience maintaining and debugging data pipelines and reporting infrastructure.\nProven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.\nDemonstrated experience delivering executive-level reporting and insight documentation.\nStrong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to clearly present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications and Skills\nExperience in manufacturing, hardware, or device quality analytics.\nBackground in predictive analytics or data science methodologies.\nStrong data storytelling and visualization best practices.\nExperience improving or modernizing BI ecosystems.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.\n\nCompany Description\nAbout itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
