The Sys Admin will participate in Guild’s IT support, management, and development efforts including cybersecurity, client and server infrastructure, networking, software applications, data, and user accounts.\nThe ideal candidate will have excellent time-management and communication skills which will enable him/her to collaborate well with various employees and leaders within the company. The IT Systems Administrator will share ownership of all technical issues with other department members.\nResponsibilities\nPrioritize and respond to tickets, emails, calls, and messages, providing fast follow-up\nTroubleshoot and solve everyday technology problems\nProactively monitor systems, identify potential troubles before they arise\nStay up to date on current and innovative technologies and best practices\nResearch, test, recommend, and install/implement new solutions\nConfigure, update, and secure a variety of systems on a scheduled basis\nEnsure routine backups are completed and tested\nConfiguration change documentation\nAsset management lifecycle, procurement, and recycling\nManagement of IT Staff\nDevelopment and maintenance of business relationships\nRequired Qualifications\nProactive and positive mindset.\nEffective communication and customer service skills.\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related degree.\nMinimum 5 years technical experience.\nBroad understanding of Microsoft 365 for Business.\nSignificant experience with Windows client/server infrastructure.\nExperience with Backup Management.\nWorking knowledge of both wired and wireless network technologies.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience using PowerShell scripting to automate tasks\nCompTIA A+, Network +, and Security +\nKnowledge of cybersecurity frameworks\nMobile Device Management experience\nExcellent Troubleshooting skills\nAttention to Detail\nDesire to learn\nAdditional Information\nOccasional Overtime Required\nOccasional travel between buildings within 20-mile radius\nGuild Associates is a company of diverse individuals.
