We’re proud of our world-class, connected culture built on our shared values, that supports our teams to be successful from anywhere.\n\nLearn more about our portfolio at planview.com, and connect with us on LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.\nResponsibilities:\nOptimization: Formulate and solve optimization problems for portfolio\nprioritization, investment and resource allocation, and capacity planning\nto maximize strategic value under constraints.\nSimulation: Build simulation models (e.g., Monte Carlo, discrete-event) to\nstress-test portfolio plans, quantify risk and uncertainty, and forecast\noutcomes across scenarios.\nPredictive Modeling: Build, test, and refine models to predict delivery\ntimelines, portfolio outcomes, and investment performance.\nAgentic AI: Design MCP (Model Context Protocol) interfaces that expose\noptimization, simulation, and predictive capabilities to Planview Anvi and\nother AI agents.\nQualifications:\nRequired Qualifications:\nMaster's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics,\nData Science, or a related field.\n3-7 years experience in Python and SQL, along with familiarity with libraries such as\npandas and scikit-learn.\nExperience with optimization and/or simulation methods (e.g.,\nlinear/integer programming, heuristics, Monte Carlo, discrete-event\nsimulation).\nDemonstrated experience in translating customer challenges into data-\ndriven product enhancements.\nStrong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical\nmethodologies.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with portfolio management and planning frameworks (e.g.,\nSAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, Agile, Waterfall).\nHands-on experience with AWS services such as Athena, SageMaker,\nLambda, and Bedrock.\nExperience with optimization solvers or simulation libraries.\nExperience building with Large Language Models and agent frameworks,\nincluding exposure to the Model Context Protocol (MCP).\nBasic understanding of knowledge graphs and ontologies.\nGreat Benefits and Fun Perks:\nAt Planview, you’ll join our global team and culture which reflects the vibrant communities in which our employees live and work.
