The associate will ensure the warehouse is maintained in a quality focused and clean state at all times.Responsibilities & Essential Job Functions:-                Receive incoming parcels from vendors, inspect each shipment for quality parameters & proper documentation per procedure(s), tag all units based on disposition and then distribute to proper stocking location within warehouse/inventory. Utilize inventory management software & equipment such as forklift, electric pallet jack and/or hand truck as needed.-                Communicate, via email and/or phone, with vendors to obtain all required documentation or further materials for incoming and outbound parcels as needed.-                Pick, pack & ship orders following daily priorities of pick-up schedules and client expectations. Must self-triage workload dependent upon schedules, order queue status and urgency of task.-                Complete routine & periodic inventory cycle/physical counts as assigned. Aid in maintaining par levels and clients stocking needs/agreements as needed.-                Assist management in establishing procedures and protocols for warehouse tasks/processes in compliance is ISO 9001 standards. Put quality, safety and customer service as top priorities in all tasks.-                Follow all cleaning & upkeep procedure(s) as applicable to be audit ready at all times. Following all company SOPs is an expectation of all employees at all times.-                Assigned projects and/or additional tasks based on the needs of the business and management directives.Education, Professional Experience & Skillset:·      Minimum of high-school diploma (required)·      Prior warehouse & fulfillment work experience of 3-5 years minimum (preferred)·      Certified Forklift Operator (required)·      Prior driving experience with large cargo/box trucks 26 ft. or larger (Required)·      CDL (Required)·      Bilingual in English and Spanish — fluent in both verbal and writtencommunication (required)·      Valid driver's license (Required)·      Personal vehicle required to commute independently to and from work·      US Citizen in good legal standing (no warrants or felonies) (required)·      Ability to learn quickly & work at a fast pace without errors. Be able to function as a team member & be an individual contributor with a positive attitude for the work environment.·      Proficient in self-driven time management.
