It offers a variety of services including ride-hailing, intercity travel, delivery, and task assistance, operating in over 700 cities across 47 countries and is the second most downloaded mobility app in the world.\n\nProject: The Data Usage team is responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines and a centralized Data Warehouse (DWH) at inDrive, based on Google Cloud Platform.\n\nOne of the first major projects will be a Payment Provider Reconciliation.\nThe project focuses on automating multiple streams of financial reporting received from payment providers, reconciling them with internal data, and integrating the results into the DWH.\nThe goal is to improve transparency, consistency, and audit readiness of financial data across different providers and reporting formats.\n\nResponsibilities and tasks:\n\nGather and clarify requirements from analytics and finance stakeholders\n\nDesign and evolve DWH architecture (ODS / Data Marts) with audit requirements in mind\n\nDevelop and maintain financial data pipelines\n\nDesign, implement, and support incremental data pipelines\n\nDevelop and optimize data marts in BigQuery (dbt, Dataform)\n\nAnalyze source systems and build data flows from source to consumption\n\nMaintain and develop workflows in Airflow\n\nParticipate in testing, data validation, and release processes\n\nInvestigate data quality issues and financial discrepancies\n\nMaintain technical documentation required for audit and data governance\n\nOur expectations of the ideal candidate:\n\n5+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer / DWH Engineer / Data Analyst working with DWH\n\nHands-on experience with data warehouses\nStrong understanding of DWH architecture and data layers (ODS, Data Marts)\n\nUnderstanding of incremental loads, historical data handling, and deduplication\n\nExperience designing and optimizing data marts\n\nExperience with BigQuery (partitioning, clustering, cost-aware querying)\n\nExperience with Airflow or similar orchestration tools\n\nAbility to work with stakeholders and translate business needs into data requirements\n\nMust have to be familiar with:\n\nLanguages: SQL (strong knowledge), Python (basic knowledge)\n\nOrchestration: Airflow or similar orchestration tool\n\nVersion Control: Git\nExperience with Data Quality / Data Governance / SLAs\n\nNice to have:\n\nAnalytics & BI: Looker, Tableau\n\nExperience working with financial data or financial reporting\n\nExperience preparing data for audits or regulatory requirements\n\nThe ability to influence teammates and partner teams, and to communicate complex results clearly\n\nWe offer:\n\nflexible working time\n\nprofessional and ambitious team\n\nlearning opportunities, seminars and conferences and time for exploring new technologies\n\nco-funding for language courses (English)\n\nImportant Notice Regarding Your Personal Data Security\n\nAt *instinctools, we take the security of your personal data very seriously.
