and security devices is an additional advantage.Familiarity with ITIL Framework concepts such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management.Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.Flexibility for long working hours and readiness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts and weekends.Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication at all levels.Ability to work alone as an individual contributor and as a participant in a team environment.Good experience on LAN, Implementation of high availability, Advance switching (VLAN, STP)Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of dynamic routingprotocols: EIGRP, OSPF, IS IS and BGPResponsible in Creating a wide range of technical documentation (HLD, LLD, Transitions phases, migrationtest plans, Migration Checklists, Risks and Impact analysis, LAN standards).Schedule and perform Changes (Standard/Normal/Emergency) to apply break fix and enhance NetworkMonitoring Network devices through monitoring tools and taking necessary action on reported alertsFollow up with Vendors to track and troubleshoot an issue and escalate with team for quick resolutionActively participating in P1 and P2 calls and troubleshooting issues and provides updatesAcknowledge tickets in SNOW and working towards for their resolution by adhering SLAsPerform IOS upgrades (Firewall, Switches, Routers and NetScalers).Working with Users/Customers to resolve their issues and calling them if required for further troubleshootingTroubleshoot Wireless and Access Point related issuesTroubleshoot Firewall and Security related issues in co ordination with Infosec Engineering TeamHandle Load balancer Deeper issues (Find out cause of the backend server flaps, cause of the application slowness)Certificate installation in NetScaler Load balancer in timely manner and coordinating with Web Solutions Team to solve their queriesMaintain and Manage Network devices InventoryCo ordinating with Onshore Network Team to work and troubleshoot on Major Network issuesProduct knowledge:LAN: Cisco, Avaya, Extreme & Nortel switchesWAN: Cisco, Juniper, RiverbedLoad
