Our studio offers facials, non-toxic nail care, brows, and lashes, alongside restorative wellness experiences designed to support slowing down and resetting.At Cima, we’ve created a wellness concept shaped by skill, care, and a belief in doing things better for our community.Role DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Connecticut-licensed esthetician who shares our passion for treatments performed with intention, care, and thoughtfulness.This role includes performing customized facial treatments and supporting a calm, elevated client experience rooted in genuine care and attention to detail.Responsibilities include:Performing customized skincare treatments and facialsProviding body waxing, lash lifts/extensions, brow shaping and tinting, and makeup applicationMaintaining strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staffEducating clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and product recommendations tailored to their individual needsSupporting retail and sales efforts through thoughtful product and service recommendationsContributing to a warm, professional, and collaborative studio environmentQualificationsValid Connecticut esthetician license with proof of certification in esthetics or cosmetologyExperience performing skincare treatments, waxing, lash and brow services, and makeup applicationStrong understanding of sanitation protocols, infection control procedures, and safety standardsExcellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clientsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailPassion for wellness, healthier beauty, and client care rooted in intention and craftsmanship
