Senior Content Developer/FRM

CeriFi is a diversified education, training, and certification provider serving professionals across the financial services market. As the best in class provider of lifelong learning for the financial services professional, we intend to continue to expand CeriFi's product offering to more holistically address the needs of financial institutions through organic and acquisition initiatives. CeriFi companies include Dalton Education, Pass Perfect, Money Education, Association of Certified Financial Crime Specialist (ACFCS), CPMI, Bionic Turtle, Fast Forward Academy, Mark Meldrum, and Spidell. Solomon. This is a remote responsibility. Nature and Scope Responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining CeriFi’s intellectual property (IP) for the FRM, CFA® and perhaps other new, related certificate programs. This IP includes online videos, question bank, mock exams, teaching slides, and study notes (and in the future, may include live webinars). Education and Exam Review Content Prepare, edit, and produce PowerPoint slides, including Excel exhibits and infographics In the longer run (after training) help record instructional videos Update slides, quizzes, exams, study notes and other materials used in education programs. Develop and/or coordinate the development of new education content as required. Answer student questions and coordinate with other faculty to support student questions. Develop and/or coordinate the development of new exam review content as required. Miscellaneous Work directly with the eLearning Designer and others within the department to coordinate all intellectual property projects. Complete other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree. FRM Certification (or working towards completion) Experience in content creation. Should be able to provide link(s) to examples/portfolio. Proficient in basic mathematics applied to finance Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills; excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, leadership and project management skills. Preferred Skills CFA® Charter holder (or working towards completion). Excel expertise Some experience, or at least interest, in recording (speaking) instructional videos on basic topics. Ideal candidate is interested in audience development with long-run potential to gain recognition as expert Interest, aptitude, experience, or fluency (i.e., any level) in R or Python Data visualization Passion for education, curriculum development, writing and teaching. Some level of industry experience in financial services.
