We are always looking for the right people to join our team and help those that need it the most live their best life.About the RoleIn the Personal Training role at GRIT, you build structured training plans around each client’s goals and coach them through every session by adjusting form, load, and intensity in real time. You modify movements based on injuries or limitations, ensure exercises match the client’s current ability, and keep training focused, intentional, and progressing. You have autonomy in the client's journey, in partnership with management, to maximize their results and experience through changing their prescription as their needs change.Employment at GRIT offers professional and financial growth opportunities for the people that are invested and commited in their role as a professional trainer.This role is 1099 based with a path to full-time for the right candidate. ResponsibilitiesBuild structured training plans around each client’s goals.Coach clients through every session by adjusting form, load, and intensity in real time.Modify movements based on injuries or limitations.Ensure exercises match the client’s current ability.Keep training focused, intentional, and progressing.Work in partnership with management to maximize client results and experience.Uphold and actively participate in fun and inspiring culture Stay up to date on CEC's and personal growth through proactive education and learning.
