This role offers the opportunity to represent clients throughout Georgia and requires an active Georgia Bar license in good standing .\n\nWe are dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients and are looking for an attorney with strong courtroom skills, proven litigation experience, and a commitment to client service. You will take ownership of your caseload and lead matters from filing through discovery, hearings, mediations, and trial.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\nRepresent clients in personal injury matters from initial litigation through settlement or verdict.\n\nDraft and file litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and legal memoranda.\n\nConduct and defend depositions.\n\nHandle mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings, including jury selection, opening/closing statements, and examinations.\n\nCollaborate with paralegals and litigation support staff to ensure thorough case preparation.\n\nRequirements\n\nActive membership in the Georgia, in good standing.\n\nIdeally 1+ years of litigation/trial experience in personal injury or related areas, but willing to train those with less experience.\n\nStrong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities.\n\nNote: This role can sit ANYWHERE in Georgia! Must have an active Georgia Law License.
