The position requires strong SolidWorks experience, attention to visual detail and design principals, project management skills, and design aesthetic.\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities Lead and execute small engineering change management projects to support product quality, documentation, and manufacturing needs.\nSupport production teams by resolving standard product engineering concerns and providing timely technical guidance.\nMaintain and update SolidWorks models and engineering drawings in support of commercial, quality, marketing, and manufacturing requirements.\nAbility to assist with 3D modeling in SolidWorks, technical writing, graphic design, commercial modeling, technical publications, and related documentation.\nDevelop and modify 3D models, drawings, parts, and equipment based on approved design changes and change notice requirements.\nSupport technical manual imaging, updates, formatting, and related documentation projects.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and complete related responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.\nEducation and Experience Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; equivalent education and relevant work experience may be considered.\nExperience Minimum of 5 years of experience using SolidWorks in a product design, engineering, or manufacturing environment.\nPreferred Skills and Abilities Strong SolidWorks experience, including 3D modeling and engineering drawing creation or modification.\nExperience supporting product design, product enhancements, and engineering change processes.\nStrong project management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.\nExperience with GD&T methodology and knowledge of ANSI requirements preferred.\nKnowledge of product compliance, certifications, and regulations such as REACH, RoHS, and WEEE preferred.\nExperience working with SAP data strongly preferred.\nWorking Conditions and Physical Demands Manufacturing environment.
