The ideal candidate will have a passion for natural products and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. In addition to sales, the role involves production tasks such as labeling, decorating, gift wrapping, and more. This position is ideal for someone who values urgency and reliability and has a genuine love for our brand. Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Service: Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product range and natural product benefits. Stay informed about new products and promotions. Production Tasks: Assist in labeling, decorating, and gift wrapping products. Ensure all products are finished to a high standard before they reach the sales floor. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the management team. Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining product displays. Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing. Assist in setting up and breaking down displays for special promotions and events. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve overall store goals. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and customer experience. Administrative Duties: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive customer experiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Passionate about natural products and sustainability. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
