Salesforce Tester

Job Title: Salesforce TesterLocation: Columbus, OH (Onsite)Duration: ContractJob Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automation testing within Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Key Responsibilities:Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing on Salesforce applicationsDesign, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scriptsValidate Salesforce configurations including workflows, validation rules, Apex, and Lightning componentsConduct API testing using tools like Postman or SOAP UIDevelop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworksCollaborate with developers, admins, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure quality deliveryIdentify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRAParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesEnsure data integrity and validate data migration and integration processesRequired Skills:Strong experience in Salesforce (SFDC) testingExperience in manual and automation testingHands-on experience with Selenium / TestNG / Cucumber (BDD)Good understanding of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning (LWC/Aura)Experience with API Testing (REST/SOAP)Familiarity with Agile methodology and QA processes (SDLC/STLC)Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.)
