This includes working directly with stakeholders to rapidly iterate on requirements, with the goal of delivering deployable solutions and necessary scripting support quickly.\nResponsibilities\nUnderstand the customers' workflows, collaborate with team members, gather user requirements, and quickly develop solutions.\n\nIndependently drive feature development, taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle.\n\nIntegrate with — and contribute to — a diverse set of teams, systems, and technology stacks.\n\nDesign and create reliable, intuitive user interfaces and workflows.\n\nDevelop cutting-edge solutions for data visualizations, task automation, and workflow enhancements.\n\nSkills Requirements\nTechnology flexibility, demonstrated by experience developing across the stack (UI/UX, middleware/API, back-end, and DevOps), and a willingness to use any necessary technology to achieve the solution.\n\nExperience developing with at least one UI framework (React, Vue, Angular).\n\nExperience writing scripts and services in Python.\n\nRESTful web application experience using both Spring Boot and Python.\n\nFamiliarity with relational databases (Postgres, SQLite, etc.).\n\nFamiliarity with GitLab (CI/CD).\n\nNice to Haves\nPrior reverse engineering or capability-development experience.\n\nFamiliarity with network protocols and traffic analysis.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nCompensation & Employment Policy\nSalary is determined by multiple factors, including location, education, experience, skills, and organizational requirements.
