high-volume positions.\n* Partner with hiring managers to improve job descriptions, interview processes, selection, and onboarding.\n* Help forecast workforce needs as the company expands into new projects, markets, facilities, or locations.\n* Strengthen employer branding and employee referral programs.\n\n*Employee Relations & Performance Management*\n\n* Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance issues, investigations, and corrective action.\n* Ensure consistent and fair application of company policies.\n* Lead investigations involving workplace concerns and employee complaints.\n* Develop and improve performance management processes.\n* Help create a culture of accountability, communication, respect, and high performance.\n\n*Compensation, Benefits & HR Administration*\n\n* Oversee compensation practices, benefits administration, and employee programs in partnership with the HR team and external providers.\n* Regularly assess compensation competitiveness and internal equity.\n* Support annual compensation and benefits planning.\n* Ensure accurate and timely HR documentation, employee records, and reporting.\n* Help manage HR systems/HRIS and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.\n\n*Compliance & Risk Management*\n\n* Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.\n* Partner with leadership and safety/operations teams on workplace policies and employee-related risk.\n* Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies as the organization evolves.\n* Ensure appropriate documentation and consistent HR practices across the company.\n\n*Culture & Organizational Development*\n\n* Help reinforce the company's culture as it grows.\n* Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.\n* Establish effective onboarding and orientation programs.\n* Support leadership development and manager training.\n* Identify organizational challenges and develop practical solutions to improve communication, engagement, and performance.\n\n*What We're Looking For*\n\n* *7+ years of progressive HR experience*, with demonstrated experience operating at the HR Manager or HR Business Partner level.\n* Experience leading or supervising an HR team.\n* Experience in *manufacturing, construction, industrial, engineering, field operations, or another operationally intensive environment* strongly preferred.\n* Demonstrated experience supporting a rapidly growing organization.\n* Strong employee relations and conflict-resolution skills.\n* Experience with recruiting, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employment compliance.\n* Strong business judgment and the ability to balance employee needs with organizational priorities.\n* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n* Ability to build credibility with executives, managers, frontline employees, and field personnel.\n* Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change quickly.\n* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.\n* SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.\n\n*The Ideal Candidate*\n\nYou are a *builder*.
