Accounting Manager

We are hiring an Accounting Manager / Director for a growing organization in the Montgomery County area. This is a newly created role driven by expansion within the insurance and reinsurance portfolio, offering strong visibility and long-term growth.This position will play a key role in SEC reporting, technical accounting, and oversight of P&C loss reserves, while leading and developing a team.Key responsibilities include:Supporting SEC and statutory reportingReviewing P&C loss reserves and actuarial analysisLeading month-end close and financial reportingManaging and mentoring staffPartnering with leadership on accounting strategy and process improvementsIdeal candidates will have:CPA required4–10+ years of experience (public or combination)P&C insurance / reinsurance experience (MUST)Strong background in SEC reporting and technical accountingIf you have a background in insurance accounting and are looking for a high-growth, high-impact opportunity, reach out directly.
