You will work directly with clients and families to help children reach meaningful developmental and behavioral goals.\n\nWe are currently looking for technicians in New Jersey (Newark and Jersey City)\n\nThe behavior technician provides direct behavioral intervention to individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. The behavior technician will work closely with the board-certified behavior technician to implement ABA therapy methods. Behavior technicians are responsible for recording all therapeutic interventions, data, and progress.\n\nResponsibilities:\nImplement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support clients’ development.\nCollect and record data on client progress and behavior modifications.\nCollaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to refine treatment plans.\nProvide one-on-one support to clients in various settings, including home and community.\nEngage clients in structured activities to promote skill development.\nCommunicate effectively with families regarding client progress and strategies.\nMaintain a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times.\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field is preferred.\nA minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.\nCertification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a plus.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.\nCompassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others.\nReliable transportation is used to travel between client locations.\nAbout Us:\nCreative Behavioral Solutions LLC has been serving the Brooklyn, NY, community for over 10 years, providing high-quality behavioral support and therapy.
