(megalogisticinc.com) a fast growing 3PL warehouse is looking for an experienced Warehouse Shipping Clerk..\nThe Warehouse Shipping Clerk plays a critical role in the efficient operation and processing of goods within the warehouse environment. They are responsible for ensuring accurate and timely preparation of shipments, verifying documentation, and coordinating with drivers for outbound shipments.\nDuties:\nCheck truck drivers in and out with appropriate documentation\nAssign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity according with warehouse direction and vendor assignment in warehouse\nVerify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation. Partner with the inventory department to resolve any issues\nAssist in appointment scheduling as needed\nUpdate required reports on a timely basis\nCommunicate with customers and assist with customer needs\nCoordinate inbound and outbound loads\nEnsure safety compliance by enforcing strict adherence to warehouse policies, procedures and regulations\nPerform other duties as assigned\nSkills:\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nProblem-solving skills to address guest concerns or issues effectively\nAbility to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.\nFlexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment\nCreate and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)\nMulti-task, be highly organized, with excellent time management skills\nExcellent PC skills in MS Office (intermediate level)\nWe offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career growth, and a positive work environment.
