Your responsibilities will include:\r\nDaily Prep: Prepare ingredients, portion, label, and set up stations to ensure the kitchen is ready for service.\r\nRecipe Accuracy: Follow established measurements and methods to maintain consistency in every dish.\r\nKitchen Organization: Keep your workspace clean and organized, ensuring all stations are service-ready.\r\nFood Safety: Uphold sanitation standards, including proper cooling, labeling, and storage practices.\r\nWorkflow Support: Assist in maintaining a smooth service flow and communicate effectively with the front-of-house team.\r\nLeadership When Needed: Step up to guide kitchen staff, maintain structure, and support daily operations.\r\nInventory Awareness: Monitor ingredient levels and promptly communicate any shortages.\r\nWhat We're Looking For:\r\nWe're seeking someone who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the role. To be successful, you'll need:\r\nKitchen Experience: Prior back-of-house (BOH) experience is required for this position.\r\nAttention to Detail: A commitment to following recipes and maintaining high standards.\r\nTeam Player Attitude: The ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the team.\r\nAvailability: Approximately 25–30 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends.
